For the convenience of our customers, we can host their web sites and email. We also provide specialized connectivity services using the Internet backbone.

We can also monitor our customer’s broadband Internet connectivity so that we can ensure rapid restoration in case of failure.

In most cases, we notify the customer of their problem before they realize any difficulty with a connection. We assist them in contacting their provider and troubleshooting the failure.
